How to Access COMMBNavigator® &/or CDR

To use the COMMBNavigator® application, your company must be a member of COMMB and Numeris and be a subscriber to the NLogic-RTS Consumer Study (NLogic’s RTS data is integrated into the Navigator application).

Companies with both memberships have access to COMMBNavigator® for an unlimited number of users and there are no license fees.

COMMBNavigator® is a locally-residing application, accessible from the user’s desktop. The software must first be installed by your company’s IT personnel.

If your company is a COMMB member, follow these steps:

  1. Email install@commb.ca  with your full name and contact information.
  2. Once your IT department has installed COMMBNavigator® to your user profile, the COMMB icon will appear on your desktop. Launch the application by clicking on this icon  Pinand log in using the information sent to you.
